In your bag 1114, Florian Burlein
Florian seems to be one of the lucky few who has emerged from e-bay unscathed. Come and check out his bag and see what he got.
My name is Florian and I am a hobby photographer from south Germany, near Stuttgart. I started photography with a Canon G9 in 2010, during a holiday trip with my brother-in-law, who taught me a lot about that beautiful hobby. After a short time, I switched over to a Canon DSLR 40D and in the summer of 2014, I decided to complete my camera equipment with a Fuji X-E1 body, to use old mechanical lenses on that.
The equipment in my daily bag is an interesting combination of new and old, cheap and expensive, bought and handmade and I am proud, that it includes stuff from 3 generations of my family (grandfather, uncle and sister). The X-E1 does a very nice job with my adapted old lenses and I never missed an auto focus on this setup. It helped me a lot, to improve in the photography basics like composing, selective sharpness or simply take enough time, to shoot a good image.
My bag includes the following gear:
3$ chinese bag from eBay
Matin M-6470 foam inlet
used Fuji X-E1 Body from a DSLR Forum
noname Pentax to FX Adapter from eBay
Quenox Minolta MD to FX Adapter from Amazon
two Leica style lens hoods
Pentax 28mm f/2.8 prime from my uncle
Minolta MD Rokkor 50mm f/1.4 prime from my wifes grandfather
a set of macro rings for Minolta MD lenses from eBay
handmade Bean Bag from my sister
spare batterie
spare SD cards
Until now, I am not specialized on one genre and still shoot what excites me.

Thanks for sharing your bag with us, Florian. I love the Rokkor primes, such lovely lenses.
Check out the links and make sure you come and comment.
Keep them coming folks, we need more submissions, so get your bag on Japancamerahunter.com. Send me a hi resolution image of the bag. Optimum size is 620×473. Please ensure there is a bag in the shot, unless you don’t use one. The more you can write about yourself the better, make it appealing and tell us a story. Oh and don’t forget your contact details (twitter, flickr, tumbler et al). Send the bag shots here. Please understand that there is a long wait now as there is a backlog of submissions. Not all make the cut, so make sure yours is funny/interesting/quirky. And please make sure the shot is of good quality, as the ones that are not do not go up.
Cheers

That’s a nice setup, Florian! I’m more a film photographer myself, but I’m considering the Fuji XE-1, too. It’s not that expensive anymore and mounting my lenses (Minolta MD, Olympus OM, Voigtländer Bessamatic) should be fun.
