Shipping
Shipping fees are based on the calculated weight of items. We always use EMS Japan Post unless specifically advised to use another service. Currently due to Covid-19 we are using DHL. We pack all items carefully and properly to make sure they arrive in perfect condition.
EMS usually takes between 4-7 days to arrive depending on your countries customs. You will be able to track the package easily.
DHL usually takes about 3-5 days and is trackable and insured.
If you prefer to use a different shipping company this can be arranged, though the fees tend to be a lot higher. This is usually only advised for high-end items.
We try to ship within 2 business days after your payment is cleared. We keep in regular contact with all customers about shipping and will let you know the minute the item is shipped.
Items in the shop may take up to 7 days to ship as there is often a backlog.
Payment
I accept payment through Paypal or Bank transfer. We accept credit card via Paypal or wire transfer only. Details will be arranged per transaction.
Duties
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be covered by JCH. We can make arrangements for assistance and advise on this matter.
