In your bag No: 1668 – Tobias Eriksson
Tobias lugs these diminutive classics daily in this nimble but ready for anything setup.
I live in a small town in the south of Sweden and pursue my photography hobby through passionately exploring black & white and redscale photography on vintage gear.
My project ‘Produktion/Production’ entails documenting local producers of goods, be it cakes or forklifts. When I venture to the companies I bring the following:
- Peak Design Everyday Sling 10L
- Canon P with Jupiter-8 or Canon 50 mm lens
- Olympus Pen F with a Steinheil Cassarit 45 mm lens (originally made for a Paxette)
- Olympus XA with its 35 mm lens
- Fomapan 400 Action black & white film
- Any old lightmeter that works
- A small coldshoe mounted LED-light
- Spare batteries!
- An enlargement lens to hold in front of the lens for macro exposures
- Pens and notebook
The XA is for wider angles, the 50s on the Canon for standard compositions and the 45 on the half-frame Pen F equals a 67 mm semi-tele on full frame cameras, for close-ups and tight compositions.
Thanks for reading! Don’t miss my blog or my Etsy camera shop or my Instagram.

Thanks for sharing with us your bag shot Tobias. Love the simple vintage vibes.
Keep them coming folks, we need more submissions, so get your bag on Japancamerahunter.com
Send me a high resolution image of the bag. Optimum size is 1500px across. Please ensure there is a bag in the shot, unless you don’t use one. The more you can write about yourself the better, make it appealing and tell us a story. Snapshots of your gear with a camera phone and no words will not be featured.
Oh and don’t forget your contact details (twitter, flickr, tumbler et al). Send the bag shots here. Please understand that there is a long wait now as there is a backlog of submissions. Not all make the cut, so make sure yours is funny/interesting/quirky. And please make sure the shot is of good quality, as the ones that are not do not go up.
Cheers
