Forgot how I came into Simon’s work, one of those I asked and he agreed and we both forgot about it as a year nearly passed before we got back to it and as a result got this beautiful visual interview! I like his contrasts that characterize his work that you can see in half the responses above. Whether it is his framing that his response to question 6 contrasts, color as in question 4 that the rearview mirror contrasts, or his response to question 5 that contrasts lighting to a rainbow. Sometimes it is ironic like the dog in the cage staring complacently at an open door or kids staring inside of a museum window that contrasts their very anatomy. Really curiously great photography!
