The JCH Youtube Channel: Contax Aria 70th Anniversary
Contax made some pretty impressive SLR’s, perhaps none more so than the incredible Aria 70th anniversary. Designed by Porsche and lighter than a feather. Let’s have a closer look.

Many good things to say:
– Pictures are wonderful,
– Great Japan,
– Love the new T-shirt,
– The cap is gorgeous,
– Excellent review one more time,
– Excellent video one more time,
– Excellent camera finding one more time,
You have said all the things we can say about the marvellous CONTAX.
The Aria, in my point of view, with the S2/S2b, Contax T, Contax G1/G2 are the best of their marvellous work. The lens are the best, we can not find better than a Zeiss for Contax, it’s better than Leica. You have said, unfortunately they have closed the business, if they will be there now, they will Sony, Panasonic, Nikon, Canon on shame. It was the greatest cooperation : Zeiss, Porsche, Contax, Kyocera (leader of ceramic, and also top brand for electronic and copy machines, …). But, people are ignorant, yesss, really, many are really ignorant, they have preferred brands which gave them less quality to one point, they had to close. This video shows what the ignorance creates big loss, one of the reason I don’t buy from dictatures and cheap things, I respect all these Japanese/German and so on manufacturers which have expertise since many years, I will not betray/trick them for a cheap made in dictature.
Thank you one more time for your works and hunt of great cameras.
I repeat again : if people want a great camera and make a safety buy, it will be a great idea to ask you, it will be more expensive, but we have for what we pay!!!
One more time too, a good review about camera from the excellent Casual Photophile:
