In your bag No: 1450, Danny Kaye
Today we have one of the cutest bags I have seen in the series. But looks can be deceiving, this bag is much stronger than it looks. Check it out.
Hi, I am a lecturer at Nottingham Trent University lecturing mainly in film, photography and sound.
I have far too much kit and too many bags, but, we have recently bought a house in France and I have travelled to it by air several times. To add to the usual airline problems we try not to take anything but hand luggage. I found myself wanting a bag that will stand up to air travel, will fit in the hand baggage space and is hard shelled. Sadly all the decent bags seem to be really expensive and just look like they will be stolen at the first opportunity. So I was stumped what to do, then we went on holiday with family and a nephew had a Trunki.
Some high-density foam and I have a camera bag that cost less than £50, is fairly showerproof and is strong enough to sit on.
In the bag are
Nikon D600 or D810
Nikkor 20mm f/2.8D
Tamron 90mm f/2.8 macro
Nikkor 24-85mm f/2.8-4
Kenko 1.4x converter
Kenko 2x converter
Metz 36 AF-5 flash
Metz 34 CS-2 slave flash
Nikon WR-T10 radio remote
Nissin SC-01 flash shoe cable
Cam Ranger
Manfrotto 330 flash bracket
Light Work Studio Var ND
Circular polarisers, batteries, leads etx
iPad
I also carry a 3 Legged Thing, Eric tripod.

Thanks for sharing your bag with us, Danny. Don’t suppose you have a site you can share with us?
Keep them coming folks, we need more submissions, so get your bag on Japancamerahunter.com
Send me a high resolution image of the bag. Optimum size is 1500px across. Please ensure there is a bag in the shot, unless you don’t use one. The more you can write about yourself the better, make it appealing and tell us a story. Snapshots of your gear with a camera phone and no words will not be featured.
Oh and don’t forget your contact details (twitter, flickr, tumbler et al). Send the bag shots here. Please understand that there is a long wait now as there is a backlog of submissions. Not all make the cut, so make sure yours is funny/interesting/quirky. And please make sure the shot is of good quality, as the ones that are not do not go up.
Cheers

That’s the Gruffalo isn’t it? A mouse took a stroll though a deep dark wood and all that…!
That made me smile!
Thanks for including me. My photographs can be found at the facebook address https://www.facebook.com/photodannyk/?fref=ts , I really should get a personal web site but it is one of those jobs that keeps getting put off.
