Show us your film: Spring fever
It has taken a while, but I have finally managed to prise some jealously guarded stashes of film from their owners to share with you. A lovely classic stash in there too. Do any of you collect classic films? Then share them with us.

Andrea

Hi I am Andrea from the UK I have been shooting film for just over a year after using digital for 5 years, prior to that I had been taking photos for over 20 years, I love processing my own film, this is my current stash though it will probably increase again soon.

Cool series I always like to show off the films I shoot or have shot. In this case it’s a photo of film I have shot over the past 2 years. Everything from Neopan 1600 to ilford that expired in 1977 (the year I was born).

My favorite film to shoot with Velvia 50, even though it’s a pain the butt to work with, but I love the results when properly exposed. This photo was shot with a Yashica mat 124g on a tripod about a 20 second exposed.

Thanks for sharing,

Walter Cardenas

Not sure if this counts, but here’s a snapshot my my vintage film collection. I really have no plans of using them and I began collecting because I absolutely love the retro packaging. Over the years, it became an obsession. I know these are becoming real scarce so I’m just going to keep on “rescuing” every single vintage film that I come across.

My favorite piece is the Kodak Aero Ektachrome. This was actually a gift. I tried researching about it but couldn’t find anything…. even Kodak (twitter) told me to “google” it (whuuuuttt?).

As for my actual film stash (that I use), I keep them at the bottom of my parent’s wine fridge ;)

As always, keep up the great work!

Here’s my film stash!
If I remember correctly, the three rolls of Kodak gold cost me less than one of the Superia 1600!

Have you shared your stash yet? Your hidden fridge? Come on, get involved.
Also, please make sure you submit your film through the link below, otherwise I might miss it (This is vital as I get an awful lot of mail).

I would love to see your collections, so if you want to send them in feel free. Perhaps you can include a couple of shots taken with your favourite films, that would be fun. Click here to send your stash. Please make sure you send the submissions to this link, otherwise they will not be featured.

Thanks
