In your bag 984, Rogerrebel
Rogerrebel shares his summer bag with us today. A nice mix of film and digital for the modern man about town. Check it out.

My name is Rogerrebel and I am based in London, working in the financial sector. Among other interests I pursue photography and over the last year I became obsessed with film.
I am about to leave for the long-awaited holidays and I am happy to share with you my summer set up.
When I walk around taking pictures I don’t carry a bag with me, I just bring the camera and some film in my pocket. However, when I travel, I carry a backpack full of gear!
Since I couldn’t find a bag that satisfied my requirements I decided to “create” my own bag. In the picture you can see my Patagonia backpack filled with a Billingham insert. This is the perfect combination for protecting my gear (in an organised way), leaving enough space in the bag for carrying other things.

This summer I will carry with me:

Leica M2
Summicron 35mm ASPH
Canon 6D
Canon 35mm and 50mm lenses
Battery and charger
Sekonic L-308s
Filers
Microfiber cloth
Shutter release cable
Rocket blower
Film

My preferred subjects are street photography, landscapes and travel reportages.
I mostly shoot B&W film but I recently acquired some Kodak Portra 400.
I hope to inspire someone and that readers have enjoyed!

Thanks for sharing your bag, RR. The dive mask really makes it.
Check out the links and make sure you come and comment.

Keep them coming folks, we need more submissions, so get your bag on Japancamerahunter.com. Send me a hi resolution image of the bag (please make sure it is horizontal) and its contents, with some details about yourself and what you shoot. Oh and don’t forget your contact details (twitter, flickr, tumbler et al). Send the bag shots here. Please understand that there is a long wait now as there is a backlog of submissions. Not all make the cut, so make sure yours is funny/interesting/quirky. And please make sure the shot is of good quality, as the ones that are not do not go up.
Cheers
