Saw Chrys’s work shared by a mutual friend one Saturday morning and reached out for what was probably the fastest completed visual interview as he had it all done before lunch. It is that efficient work ethic that I came to see through the photo walks he hosts in Newark, NJ and his  darkroom workshops. I like his incorporation of education with both his personal and professional work that all carry an overall social imperative. He just does it for the film community and at a very high level.
