In your bag 1151, Leonardo Cinque
Leonardo has a pretty awesome bag for us today. A bit of a back breaker though. Check it out.
my name is Leonardo Cinque and I live in Florence.
I started photography in the eighties with a Pentax Me super (which I still own and love).
After a Nikon D90, now I’m shooting with a beautiful Fuji X-E2. Recently film started to attract me again. I got the old Pentax out from the closet, put some Ilford film in it, and the magic began.
A friend of mine, a professional photographer, lent me his mighty Pentax 67 to enjoy, and now I’m hooked to medium format looking around for a Makina67 or Mamiya7 to buy…
For my landscape and architectural photography I carry around this HeavyBag (over 7 kg):
Manfrotto Pro 20 Backpack (heavy duty pro bag, very comfortable)
Pentax 67 with meter (the beast)
Takumar 105 mm 1:2,4
Takumar 200 mm 1:4
SMC 45 mm 1:4 (love it)
Sekonic digi lite meter
Fuji X-E2 with 18-55 mm lens kit
Samyang 12 mm
Some random 120 films
X-rite Color Checker
Sirui carbon monopod with head
Little Moleskine for sketches and notes, accessories

I really like your work, go on!

Thanks for sharing your bag with us, Leo. You are a stronger man than I. 7kg is a bit too much for me.
Check out the links and make sure you come and comment.
Keep them coming folks, we need more submissions, so get your bag on Japancamerahunter.com. Send me a hi resolution image of the bag. Optimum size is 620×473. Please ensure there is a bag in the shot, unless you don’t use one. The more you can write about yourself the better, make it appealing and tell us a story. Oh and don’t forget your contact details (twitter, flickr, tumbler et al). Send the bag shots here. Please understand that there is a long wait now as there is a backlog of submissions. Not all make the cut, so make sure yours is funny/interesting/quirky. And please make sure the shot is of good quality, as the ones that are not do not go up.
Cheers

Very nice bag!
It’s interesting and funny, I also started with a similar SLR (Minolta X700) then I moved to a D90. I left the D90 for a Fuji (X100s) and a MF (Bronica ETRS). I am now looking at Bronica 645RF/Mamiya 6/Mamiya 7.
A nice kit; medium format does produce beautiful results. Your site proves that.
However, I can’t imagine humping the boonies with that much gear anymore.
Good luck, good shooting!
Yes, a Plaubel makina 67 would definitely lighten the load. That makina must be the lightest medium format cameras around. I’m looking for one myself, but they aren’t cheap! Nice photos on 500px!
great set up! love that 67. how do you like the x-e2? I’ve been stuck contemplating to get a x100t or an x-e2 and or just wait for a x-e3
Lovely set up, Leonardo. I use a Rolleiflex T or Rolleicord Va for the MF stuff (although I sometimes use a Bronica ETR-C) & the Fuji X10. I guess I’m getting too old to hump mega amounts of gear about now. Love your website – keep up the good work.
