In your bag number 101, Edwin Van Nuil
We reached a milestone yesterday, with the 100th bag, but we must carry on. So here is no 101, all the way from Holland. Check out Mr. Van Nuil’s bag, a rather fetching Thinktank. Over to you Edwin…

My name is Edwin van Nuil, 41 years and I’m an enthusiast amateur photographer from Zwolle, the Netherlands. I’ve been taking snapshot for many years, but around 4 years ago I became more serious and bought my first DSLR and studied composition, light, etc.

I went from a Canon EOS 50D to a 7D with a few primes (35,50,100) and a L zoom.
I always carry my camera with me and try to take photos everyday; landscapes, streetphotography, architecture, macro. Last year I also bought the Fuji FinePix X100 as a second camera. I love this camera, it’s small, has great IQ and the 35mm range is also great.

Around 90% of my photos were taken with the Fuji for the rest of the year and the 7D with the lenses felt heavy and bulky in comparison. So on the last day of 2011 I saw that my local dealer had 1 Sony α NEX-7 in stock and decided to trade in my 7D and buy the NEX with 2 Zeiss lenses (24 and 50), the 18-200 and the 30mm macro.

I have the NEX-7 and the two Zeiss lenses with my all of the time and it’s a great kit. Maybe in the near future I will buy the Zeiss 35mm to get the 50mm normal lens.

So this is my camerabag and what’s in it.
