In your bag 704, Gekopaca
Gekopaca shares with us his interesting bag, all prepped up for his trip to Japan. For the first time in a while it is a completely digital bag. Come and check it out.

My name is Geko and generally I don’t use bag, so the title should be : “In your pockets”.
But this time, I chose my Chrome messenger bag for my next trip in Japan.

I will carry with me my beloved Epson R-D1 with its favorite lens : Voigtländer Ultra-Wide Heliar 12mm f/5.6; I also take a Voigt Ultron 28mm f2 for portraits.

The GR digital will be used in “dangerous” situations : Typhoons, snow & rain, orgies, meetings with  junkies or japanese samuraïs, or when my GF is angry.

And, hum, when I will be in Tokyo, I guess I will let my R-D1 at the Japan Camera Hunter for CLA, even for a sensor replacement…
That’s why I need a second camera for the end of my trip ;-)

Sometimes I use the travel tripod for shooting night landscapes with the cable release, but most of all I use it as a chest support for (rather) long exposures.

I will also carry with me a tiny Minox flash for open flash use.
Other accessories : batteries, 1GB SD cards, and a cleaning pen because wide angles have large frontal and exposed glasses.
